The nursing forum held at Brokenshire College this morning enlightened us on the statistical formula that PRC used to come up with the ratings in Psychiatric Nursing.
The above formula shows how PRC statistically treated set 5 (psychiatric nursing).

al wonders: psychiatric nursing is supposed to be independent from the other 4 sets, right? how come our ratings in set 5 included our ratings from sets 1 to 4? what's the point of changing the test framework then?
