THE NATIONAL Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has submitted to Malacañang the initial results of its investigation on the alleged leakage in the 2006 nursing board exam, an official was quoted as saying in a GMA Network “Flash Report.”
Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita said the NBI report contained areas where the test questions were allegedly leaked to the examinees although he did not name them.
But the same report also quoted Ermita as saying that most of the leakge came from review centers in Luzon.
He admitted however that Malacañang was at a loss on how these testing centers would be charged because there was no law that would hold them accountable.
He said the Palace still maintained its position that only the examinees who received the leaked questions should be compelled to retake the tests.
